1.6 Customer Support Ticketing

Each marketplace has its own customer ticketing system built in. The purpose of this section is to show you how to set this up for your marketplace.

Customers can go to /support (once this redirect is created in an earlier step) and see your FAQ's as well as report a bug. These tickets can be addressed in your Admin dash, including responding to them or closing out once they have been addressed.

Make sure to keep track of any questions you have for your account manager.
