Why can't I input my credit card when Reserving or Purchasing? My Payment Gateway is Set Up.


This is likely due to a configuration issue with the Location of the listing and the currency it is defaulting to. 

For example, a listing has USD currency and its company is located in United States. The Payment Gateway however may be set up to only allow GBP and is configured for Great Britain. To fix this problem you need to make sure the listing location and currency align with the allowed location and currency per your payment gateway.
