Waiver Agreements

Waiver agreements allow you and your users to attach terms to each transaction. Marketplace Owners are able to define their own templates, which must be reviewed and agreed to on each reservation. Vendors are also able to set up their own terms, which need to be agreed to on any reservation that occurs for their inventory.

To set up the master waiver agreement in your admin dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Manage > Waiver Agreements
  2. Give your master waiver agreement a name
  3. Enter your terms in the 'content' area
  4. Select 'save' when finished

Vendors can also set up their own waiver agreements. To do this:

  1. Log in to the marketplace, and navigate to the vendor dashboard
  2. At the top, select the 'waiver agreements' tab
  3. Select 'Add Waiver Agreement Template'
  4. Give the template a name
  5. Enter all content in the 'content' area
  6. Select 'save' when finished


Now that you have set up your waiver agreements, they will appear on the reservation review page each time a user attempts to rent or purchase an item on your marketplace. They will also be prompted to tick a box stating that they have read and agree to your terms.
